I like the Warrior of Light. He has fast movement, strong attacks and is all around badass. He’s kind of stuck up and emotionless, but what do you expect from a completely unoriginal character? I really can’t complain, because the Onion Brat is worse than him.

Gameplay

Warrior of Light kicks ass and takes names. He uses fast combos that initiate chase sequences (I love Auto Chase!) and beats em down to supreme breakage. He, does however, have his failing and it isn’t his lack of personality. His HP attacks can’t hit for crap. So whenever I enter his EX Mode, I have to enter it at the exact time that I use an attack I know will hit. That means, no regeneration. Not a problem if I can whoop them down without a Life Point lost, but hey, regenerating just to show how pathetic your opponents are is fun. Onto his EX Burst, which I had trouble with. Had being the key word there. It turns out that the final code you enter on the D-Pad (which I decided to use for movement over the lame joystick that I can’t reach.) is always left. Sounds pathetic, but you wouldn’t believe how much that pays off in the end. Thanks to hard practice and that piece of info I so graciously pass on to you, I can get his EX Burst right every time, unless I somehow go blind at the exact moment of execution.
